Renting & Leases
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No. At Sadie Self-Storage, we offer month-to-month leases. We understand that your storage needs can change, so we don't lock you into long-term contracts. You can rent for as little as one month or as long as you need.
How do I rent a unit?
The fastest way is to use our Online Rental System. You can view available unit sizes, sign the lease, and pay directly from your phone or computer. Once completed, you will receive your access code immediately. You can also call us or visit our facility at 180 Brooklyn St. during office hours.
Do I need my own lock?
Yes, tenants are responsible for providing their own lock. We recommend using a high-quality disc lock for maximum security. If you don't have one, we sell locks and other moving supplies at our office.
What documents do I need to rent?
You will need a valid, government-issued form of identification (such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID) and a valid credit or debit card for payment.
Billing & Payments
How do I pay my bill?
We make paying easy with our Online Bill Pay portal. You can log in anytime to make a payment. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Can I set up automatic payments?
Yes! We highly recommend setting up Auto-Pay. This automatically charges your card on the due date every month, so you never have to worry about late fees or losing access to your unit.
When is my rent due?
Your rent is due on the anniversary date of your rental (the day you moved in) or on the 1st of the month, depending on your specific lease agreement. Please check your lease or online account for your specific due date.
